Job Description
Join Douglas Dynamics as a Technical Service Representative, where you will play a key role in supporting customers and enhancing product knowledge. You will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills while contributing to an industry leader focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and complaints
Administer RMA claims in the warranty program
Train distributor/sub dealer personnel and end users in product knowledge and troubleshooting
Install, service, and maintain products on demo vehicles
Proofread technical literature for clarity and content
Provide reports and manage paperwork efficiently
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
High school diploma or equivalent plus six months to one year experience in hydraulic and 12V electrical systems
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing experience
Ability to develop and use power and hand tools
Ability to troubleshoot and repair snow and ice removal equipment
