Key Responsibilities
Perform complex diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs with minimal supervision
Lead scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual service checks
Diagnose issues using advanced tools and software
Overhaul and reinstall mechanical components
Mentor Technician I and II team members
Respond to road calls and provide emergency service
Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized shop environment
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of diesel or automotive repair experience
Class B CDL with passenger endorsement (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
State Inspection License (if required)
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Familiarity with DOT motor vehicle standards
Ability to work independently and mentor others
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational/technical training
6+ ASE Certifications or willingness to participate in ASE testing
