Overland Park, KS or Ravinia, GAJob OverviewThe Sr Analyst, IT Quality Assurance is a member of the Device Services team in Product. Analyst is accountable and responsible for planning, executing and completing the analysis of IT-Quality related issues of our device financing, trade-in, upgrade, and related products along the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and deliverables in production for medium to large initiatives. They identify, evaluate and monitor processes, systems, and procedures to meet IT-Quality requirements, also aligned with mandates such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and Internal Audit findings. They ensure that the quality of the delivered products are aligned with the Quality Assurance methodology.Lead QA release cycles, report issues, and prepare readiness reports for medium to large efforts and programsAssists, provides guidelines on projects to ensure and verify that IT-Quality standards and procedures, as part of the Comprehensive Delivery Process (CDP), are properly implemented and followed.Ensures review of Quality Assurance documentation for accuracy, feasibility, consistency, and completeness.Executes initiatives to improve processes, procedures, and tools for IT-Quality purposes utilized by the cross-functional teams, as well as SOX and Internal Audit teams.Education and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree Computer science or related field or equivalent experience (Required)4-7 years Experience with a formal SDLC. Required4-7 years Experience in Business Process Design and Implementation, Software Development andSoftware Design. Required4-7 years Experience creating SDLC deliverables (Requirements, Functional, Design, and Test Requirements Specification documents). Required2-4 years Project Management, Team Lead or other equivalent leadership experience. PreferredMore than 10 years Related experience/training preferred. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
