Location: Toledo, OH 43608 – Region 1
Pay Rate: $75.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time, weekdays only (no evenings, weekends, or holidays)
Some flexibility in shift start/end times based on facility needs
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) licensed in Ohio to provide on-site primary care services to the male population at a correctional facility. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a secure healthcare environment.
Key Details:
Initial assignment projected for ~6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and facility needs
Must be comfortable working in a correctional setting and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Required Credentials:
Comprehensive resume and education documentation
Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license (FNP or ANP required)
Current board certification
BLS/CPR certification
DEA certification
